HR's delight

After publishing the post below "The complexity for change", I wondered on the title "The complexity of Change". In corporate circles, Human Resources in particular, you would have a whole discussion forum on the complexity of organisational change. Hot topic and a difficult one. My blog almost trivialises this, and many folks outside of HR would have a chuckle, and probably draw parallels in the lack of rationale in both of them.
